The EAP is a specialist helpdesk which links the caller to our appropriate advisor 24/7. We offer face to face support in the form of counselling sessions, and provide a complete suite of self-help material.
The range of advice and support is broad, from stress, medical, and health issues, through to financial and lifestyle advice. The service is confidential to the callers, with an anonymised activity and trend report available to the employer.
