Help see your employees through these times

During this unprecedented time, Collingwood Health understands you are rightly concerned for the welfare of your businesses and employees. We have developed solutions for our customers to help see them through.

One of the big areas we are able to assist is through Training.

Training?

Yes.

It may seem counter-intuitive — many employers are rightly delaying their first aid, mental health, and health and safety courses until a time when the current threat is mitigated. This is completely understandable. We are also taking all measures possible.

But! In this connected world, there are other ways to continue engaging employees and provide stability and normalcy. The more we do to ensure our staff remains mentally healthy and prepared the better it is for our businesses and one another. One way to proactively engage employees is to give them tools they can use to be prepared now and into the future.

We may not be able to lead the teams from our offices, but we can still be there. Why not consider catching up on employee education via online training?

e-Learning

We have an Infection Prevention online course that you may be interested in for yourselves or staff.

Some online training is helpful for staff to be able to manage through this difficult time:

  • Stress Awareness
  • Mental Health for Managers

How does it work?

In concert with our training partners, we can offer you very reasonable rates on e-learning courses. We share a link and login with you for your employees. They complete the online course lead by a virtual instructor video, and take an online test. If they pass they receive a certificate of completion. They can take a course more than once to improve their score. You will also receive notification when a course is completed by each employee.

An example of a training video is here:
