CANCELLED DUE TO CORONAVIRUS – Free Stress & Mental Health Master Class 2020 hosted by Collingwood Health
In 2020 Collingwood Health is hosting the Slough Working Well (Slough Business Community Partnership) group’s master class on Stress & Mental Health.
This master class will take place over 3 mornings throughout 2020. Each morning you will be provided with a free breakfast at Collingwood Health’s head office in Slough.
Dates are planned for March, June, and September, and invitations are sent out to those already on our mailing list. For those who would like to be invited, please get in touch and we can add you to the invitation list.
The first workshop of the year promises to be informative and useful:
Master Class 1: Managing Stress in the Workplace

This is our first workshop of the year looking at Managing Stress in the Workplace forming part of the Master Class 2020 focusing on Stress and Mental Health.
Stress in the workplace is on the increase – Why not come along to learn techniques to manage stress and improve your wellbeing?
Our Partner organisation, Talking Therapies will be providing a one and a half hour ‘Managing Your Stress’ session.
The session has been created with the business community in mind and incorporates techniques used within Cognitive Behavioural Therapy based on a successful 4 week ‘Stress Less’ workshop.
The taster session will give you information on how to:
- Recognise stress
- Maintain a balanced lifestyle
- and get a better night’s sleep
